Today we watched some excerpts from Clueless. That is a 1995 movie starring Alicia Silverstone. It is based on Jane Austen's novel Emma. We also watched the trailer for Emma, a movie scheduled to come out early next year. Emma has been made into movies and TV series several times. One famous one starring Gwyneth Paltrow is from 1996.
