A Quiet Place Part II, and other matters…

Today we watched the trailer for A Quiet Place Part II, which is a science fiction/horror story and of course the sequel to A Quiet Place, a very successful 2018 movie, also starring Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, which depicts a world that has been invaded by creatures that kill humans but that can only find them by sound. Thus, everyone's life is dominated by the attempt to be quiet all the time. A baby crying could get the whole family killed.

Today we watched the trailer for A Quiet Place Part II. As the name suggests, it's the continuation of A Quiet Place, a science fiction/horror movie that was a big success a few years ago. As before, the director is John Krasinski, and Emily Blunt is the star. The children look a bit older than before. The trailer starts with a flashback, the day the invasion took place. Then it switches to now, when the family are fleeing their home and looking for other survivors.
I recommend watching Part 1 on DVD before Part 2 comes out in cinemas, then going to the cinema to watch Part 2!

Today we watched the trailer for Black Widow. It looks pretty exciting. It's going to be released in May.
At Denkikan, the movie At Eternity's Gate is playing now. It's worth checking out if you have the time. It stars Willem Defoe as Vincent Van Gogh.

Today we watched the trailer for Black Widow, a new Marvel movie set for release in May. As the title suggests, it's about Black Widow, a character from the Marvel universe who is played by Scarlett Johansson. In the movie, she goes back home to Russia. When she gets there we see her fighting with another woman, and then they stop fighting and she says, "Nice to see you too, sis." It looks like a lot of fun.
Over the New Year, there was a lot of football. Liverpool seem to be getting stronger and stronger, and now they are far ahead of the other teams.
I went with my family to Nabegataki. Do you know it?
