Parties

These days, I am having a lot of parties. On Friday, I went to Terrsa, in the Suizenji area, for a retirement party for Prof. Ohwada. Prof. Ohwada used to be a professor at Tokyo University, but he moved to PUK about 15 years ago to create a new faculty. He was the Dean of the faculty for 7 years and also head of the graduate school. His specialty after moving to Kumamoto was plankton in the Yatsushiro Sea. Altogether, 108 people attended the party, from all corners of Japan. Many of them were professors from Tokyo, and many were his former students who now work all over the country. (110 words)
